How do I find the email I used for my Ancestry account?
To find the email you used for your Ancestry account:

Go to Account settings. If prompted, sign in.
Under Account information, you’ll see the email linked to your account.

I registered with my email but lost my guest ticket. How do I attend the virtual event?
If you’ve lost your guest ticket, return to https://www.ancestry.com/c/discover/education, select the virtual event you’re interested in, click Resend guest ticket, and follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve it.

Does registering for the virtual event guarantee me a spot?
Registration provides access to the event, but space is limited. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend signing in to virtual events early to secure your spot.

What if I can’t attend or there’s not enough space?
Don’t worry! You won’t miss out—here’s how you can still enjoy the event:

Event recording: If a recording is available, we’ll send it to everyone who registered so you can watch it later at your convenience.
