Reporting content
Protecting your privacy is at the core of what we do. Our database contains only information about living people that has already been made public by government institutions or other groups, but if you are concerned about something you see on the website, please report it to us.
Please notify us about the following:
- Information that relates to you or your living minor children that you're concerned about having published online
- User-submitted content such as images, stories, or comments that violate our Community Guidelines.
- Harassing comments on your tree or a public record
- Vulgar, offensive, or pornographic content
- Content that infringes on your copyright
- Spam or scam comments on your tree or a public record
Managing family trees
Blocking people
If you receive a message from another member that is harassing, pornographic, abusive, or vulgar, you can block the person by hovering over their name and clicking the arrow that appears.
