Can I still send in my kit to be processed?
Yes. If you purchased AncestryDNA, you can still register your kit (in the Ancestry app or on www.Ancestry.com), return your saliva sample, and receive your results.

What happens with my DNA information?
Your DNA results and the DNA results of anyone else whose DNA kit was registered on your account will remain in the Ancestry app and on www.Ancestry.com. This includes origins results, DNA match lists, ThruLines, Traits, DNA Data, and all other AncestryDNA product features. If you've shared your test results with others (with the role of viewer, collaborator, or manager), they’ll still be able to view or access your results or the results of other tests you registered and shared.

What if I can’t download the latest version of the Ancestry app?
If you’re using a mobile device (phone or tablet) that our app or your device’s manufacturer no longer supports, consider switching to a supported device or using our website at www.Ancestry.com.

Devices no longer supported by their manufacturer may be unreliable and unsafe. Certain features on Ancestry or our app may also have reduced functionality or may not work when using an old or unsupported device. We recommend following the manufacturer’s guidance for updating and maintaining your device.

What if the Ancestry app is not available for download in my country?
If you live somewhere the Ancestry app is unavailable to download, open a recommended browser and visit www.Ancestry.com to register your kit, view your DNA results, and more.
