Sending or posting a referral link
If someone purchases an AncestryDNA kit using your referral link, you should receive an email within 30 to 45 days that contains instructions for redeeming your Amazon award. If someone purchases a test without using your referral link, or if no one purchases a kit through your link, you won't receive an award. If someone buys multiple tests using your referral link, you'll receive just one award.

If someone uses your referral link while AncestryDNA is on sale, they will still receive a discount off the full price of $99 (not off the sale price).
Why didn't I get a reward email?
When someone uses your referral link to purchase an AncestryDNA kit, it can take up to 45 days for your reward email to arrive. If it's been more than 45 days, please contact us. If you share your referral link and no one uses it to purchase an AncestryDNA kit, you won't receive a reward.
